I was in Sydney on a work trip in December so am catching up on reviews there to share some insights.
Managed to squeeze two punts in, one neutral and one positive.

The place is a bit shabby but reasonable enough. Receptionist friendly enough.

This is a much slicker operation, discreet entrance, large reception and a reasonably friendly male receptionist to explain how it works. I think you can pre-book but obviously not request as a walk-up.
