I had a 30 min incall with Grace today in Gateshead, arranged simply with diamonds over the phone, usual thing txt the address and call when there for door number; but when I got there, started to ring for the number, not available, it took me 10 mins to get through and get the number, so by the time grace answered the door I was 15 mins into the appointment.

Yeah she has a wonky tooth which I only noticed when I entered, didn't bother me at all...

You can never get through and it wastes time that you dont get back.
Its a deliberate ploy IMHO.
