I have found out earlier that she is still working in Romford still.
I have a booking this week

If you have been to Romford for punting, you would know the area is not known to be good for punting. There are many crap sps in the area but no good ones.

Her prices are steep at the limited service she does especially given the fact that she is in Romford and not Central London, but she does not seem to hold back. She puts everything into giving a good service to her punters.
She even checked in on me a few times to make sure I had a good time after the booking have concluded which is a nice touch and it shows she is really keen on giving a good performance to keep punters returning to her and on keeping her punters happy.

She is also consistent at delivering her service. 

When compared with current and past Romford sps then off course she is the best sp to come out of Romford for a very long while given the fact that Romford (Havering in general) is not great for punting as a whole. 

Romford is a town that mostly has low quality vivastreet type sps, some will be bait and switch and some will not be attractive and some will be milf types.
One thing to be sure off is that over 90% of sps in Romford and neighbouring towns will not be any good at all with a very rush service and once finished they rush you out the door as quickly as your arrived.

It is easy to see why Julia would be way better than any other Romford sp of past and present. 

You're overselling her a bit, especially at the price she's charging you.  If Tman is getting owo included for 120 then that would be reasonable and recommendable. Romford may be a wash but there is decent enough talent around all the main stops on the lizzy line, central and district from hornchurch to Stratford, upminster, east ham , plaistow, barking, leyton. Service options, skills and looks if not the level of spoken English can be found for 150 or less.  Her uniqueness is more "punter unwilling to travel more than 2 miles from Romford in search of a likely unshaggable, white euro-girl who is quite fit, has nice natural C/D tits, seems to like kissing nice punters and will give you a blowie for 160/170 quid but might drop the +40 extra for some currently unknown reason so quality is good but not so consistent".

I agree the price is steep for the limited service (wasnt aware half hour with blowie is more than £120?) - but there is a convenience factor, its a working house with off-street parking and the SP is friendly, 20s, engaging, not jaded and speaks good English.

Factor in lot of other options in or near the area are Thai, Brazilian ('extra baby) and Rom etc with limited service, hidden charges that stack up (Brazilian) or work from a massage shop with difficultly parking/privacy issues walking in (Thai).

Many gents dont want to see Brazilian (lots hidden charges), Rom (lot BB), Hungarians (younger ones tend to be hit and miss service, P&D at best)...so the reason this SP is attractive option is more complex that first appears.

The punting landscape is very poor generally in East London and surrounds IMO.

Yup, agree there may be all those criteria and that's why my more specific, absurd qualification, it pretty much matches your criteria from a different perspective.
At 160/170 ph you can get 2-3 esstraas babeee on a 100/120 ph starter.  Agree current Hungarians (who may be Roms, Bulgs masquerading) can be dicey but just like Julia's a bit of a find, if you find a good one of those you can get pretty great mileage from 100/120 ph and at 150 you should able to secure a much better time. Same for the Orientals. Roms with their BBing are too nuclear for me but if it's your thing then you can typically "fill her boots" with a natural, fittie for under 150ph.
As an example, there was another Julia, 35+ Brazilian, who used to work in Bromley (Sarf London) but also did several days in an Upminster shop, don't know her monniker there, who for 50+100 would do ro, owo, fs and kissing as a standard and with a bit of chemistry you could charm decent fk and possibly more, massage optional.  Fake tits but a pleasant milf with ok english. She dropped Brom but still in Upminster afaik as of end of '25

I think for myself, the extra barrier is that the SP in the massuese shops have varying schedules (and move about) and one has to do a bit of leg work to follow their working days.

With all the pop up brothels and flats operating weekly rotations it is more of a lottery, but there are some where the girls do cycle back around and in the meantime there's the chance a new gem will enter the mix.  The inconvenience is for the likes of us who fancy regulars rather than perpetual strange. But then we also have the 150-200ph full service escorts who work 5-7 days a week across Zones 1-3 (and further in some directions) for that.  Remember Julia only does 2-3 days a week (not guaranteed it seems) 11- 6pm is it? No different, in fact less available than many shop and parlour workers offering the same or often more for (40*/50/55)entry+(60-100). * Some shops offer daytime discounts and discount to regulars, sometimes a cheeky negotiation with a non-hostile, established manager is rewarded.

Way back, I suggested other parts of London more convenient to her and rest of us but she wasn't interested.  Maybe things have changed but she seems pretty set on Romford. Maybe the regs at as much as 170ph are easier than having to compete with the greater competition for under 150 elsewhere.  Props to her for milking her market.  Of course if she is minting it then more holidays and possibly flaky over-indulgence may result from her higher earnings, which may erode the consistency.  I think she finished college last year and at the time had some inclination to a non-SP career but the ready dosh may compromise that. Fingers crossed for the Romford lot she keeps her standards and doesn't get booted by dodgy boss.

Not sure how much the boss keeps for herself, that may be the point on which Julia may be trying bargain by taking days off.  If she goes independent then she will have to have someone to manage the booking, manage the rented place etc. She is well established in RM7 and she will have to create market for  her brand in north-west if she goes that way.

As I have said previously, there are many sps to be found all over East London but finding a good sp can be like finding a needle in a haystack
