Location: She's Southampton based, and was doing an outcall to me in Fareham.

Price: £350 for 2 hours



This one was a real major bummer for me.

Don't get to book escorts at all anymore due to my life/work/relationship set up, but once a year my SO goes away for 10 days to see family and I can let loose 

Saw this gal up on AW and had a great sounding profile (it's gone now btw, she took it down). Decent price, photos, services and good reviews. Although it was getting late in the evening, I gave her a call. She answered and I got that first ping of excitement in my belly. Really good chat with her, she was bubbly, and chatty and we arranged times and prices etc. Wanted a 2 hour outcall at mine, and her a few services and ideas... nothing too crazy tho.

She asked for a deposit cos she's been messed around before and has to drive over from Southampton and it was late etc etc... she asked for £50 and I sent it over. I don't think I've ever sent a deposit for a booking before, but I had no doubt she was genuine.

She sent me a screenshot from googlemaps of my address (roughly I hadn't given house no. yet) and she was messaging on whatsapp lots too. With constant updates. Lots of flirty stuff.

Said she was "leaving now", said she was "on my way hun"...I'm there standing by the window waiting, peeking through the blinds, looking for the car lights to come down the road. Bit of gel in my hair, nice shirt on, bit of aftershave. Spotify playlist going. Excited as hell.

15 mins goes by and she messages "6 Mins".....but then nothing. She never arrived. Didn't answer any calls or messages. Eventually her AW profile just disappeared (or maybe she blocked me?).

and I feel like a right mug.

£50 lost but I learned a lesson. Avoid this one chaps !

IMO, you went about things the wrong way!  You say it was getting late in the evening. She would then have to drive over to your gaff, and do a two hour booking and then drive back, by which tlme it would have been very late indeed.

I'm guessing it was a non-starter for her, due to the time, but took the chance to scam you for £50 with the added entertainment value of tormenting you with the texts, knowing you how dissappointed you be!

A late night spur of the moment thing is taking a chance on whether it will actually happen. Better to forward plan.

It's one of the questions of the times we live in.

There is an epidemic of phone thefts in London right now.  People are being advised not to use their phones on the street. Online comment seems to have scant sympathy for victims of phone thefts when they've used them in the street.  It seems we have to accept that the crooks can dictate our lifestyle habits to us, which is surely wrong. And yet I've dug out my old London A-Z map book, because I'm worrided about using my phone maps on the street.

If I were to open an email from an unkown source and click on a link and ended-up being scammed, I suspect there would be plenty of people blaming me.

But back to the OP.  As you know, there are members on here who have nothing but contempt for punters who send deposits.

But as I said in my previous post, IMO, the punt, was always likely not to happen, because of the lack of notice the SP had for what would have been a very late night for her.

I'm not blaming OP. But you may argue that I am. But does it really matter what you or I say? It's not going to change the fact that OP has been scammed for his deposit.

BTW,  I was wondering if it was a good idea for OP to try and book an outcall, he mentions an SO. Are they living under the same roof? It seems like it, as he had to wait for her to go away to her family.  Surely that is very risky.  OP say he gave the SP the post code. I hope he didn't give the house number, as the SP is clearly dishonest. Maybe he had a narrow escape.

Look on the bright side matey, you paid half a ton for a prolonged sense of excitement, flirting and sexual anticipation (granted unfulfilled), learned a lesson, and have 300 left for a nice long incall with a different bird.

Also, zooming in on her one pic, she has dry crusty skin on the soles and heels of her feet, dark stubble on her shins, and cellulite on her thighs - not a great advert for how she takes care of herself or the service she'd provide.

My point was what her profile was showing at the time that PilotMan was suggesting that the OP visit her instead. I should have said "SP currently showing only outcalls available"  to make it clearer.

Not really sure why it matters whether she does in calls or outcalls or both . He booked her for an outcall , paid a deposit like many ask for esp when travelling and she didn’t turn up.
For me the real issue as pointed out further up is the outcall was to his home address which with a complete stranger is risky and fair play he has warned us all by posting a negative review but he has provided way too much context re his partner being away . Ok he may not have given the girl his house number but he said he gave her a postcode , the deposit would have been by transfer so she would almost certainly have his surname. If she was so inclined she could quite easily make life uncomfortable for him. Let’s hope she isn’t like that

It seems like that risk didn't pay off.

If an SP behaves like that, what else is she willing to do with the information she has now
