Tourers not using central Bristol hotels

I have noticed a lot of girls on tour are not working from the centre anymore and in areas slightly further out.

Is it just a Christmas thing as centre hotels are packed for Christmas or does this happen every year? I have never seen so many of them not based in the centre before.

I like togo shopping or punt pre going out with my mates at the weekend.

I think it's just easier logistically for them. The Village in Filton is very popular because it has free parking and the SPs get a bigger catchment area due to proximity to the M4/M5. I prefer not coming into the centre of Bristol as a rule because of traffic, CAZ, parking and whatever other nonsense. I've heard a few girls complain about The Future Inn (next to Cabots Circus) due to excessive "welfare" visits from hotel staff interrupting proceedings!
