Without writing an essay, because a person could easily write reams on the subject if being thorough:

- Do your homework on here. Be aware of common pitfalls and signs you may be being taken for a mug. As a newbie, DO NOT pay a deposit - don't haggle, just politely decline and move on.
- Pick a well reviewed girl to begin with
- Possibly not a bad idea to also go for a girl with native or fluent English your first time, too
- Keep communications succinct and functional. Leave the pillow-talk for when you're in bed.
- Arrive on time, with the correct money, and be courteous. Even if you've showered recently, be prepared to shower again if requested as this will put the SP at ease.
- Treat any photos of the girl as a guideline only. They're likely to be years old, posed, professionally lit, photoshopped, airbrushed, AI edited, or plain fake. Expect to find yourself in a room with a willing and naked woman who is actually a lot more average and normal looking. If by chance she's a stunner in real life, bonus.
- It's common practice to settle up payment within the first couple of minutes of entering the room, and if you had any particular must-have services in mind, now is also the correct time to confirm these.

- Oh, one more I just thought of. Don't expect the girl to read your mind. If what she's doing doesn't do it for you, don't expect her to magically know that because "she's the professional". You're the one paying, don't be afraid to call the shots (in a nice way).

Especially the second one.
Personally I'd start out with visiting a rub and tug massage place , plenty of Chinese or Thai places about and progress from there if you want a full service. Adultwork is more reliable than Viva Street , in fact I'd avoid Viva street adverts completely as most of them are bait and switch and not likely you will see the lady in the adverts. Use a cheap pay as you go  punting phone

As an SP I echo what the guys are saying...

Do your research,  if it doesn't quite feel right in comms then don't go ahead
Get a punting phone, don't hesitate just do it because it will save you in so many ways
And if after making enquiries you get a text from Dave about owing him money or hes sending the heavies round, laugh uproariously to yourself and tell him to go swivel.
Read the main forum, the first 2 pages at lease, Dave will be mentioned

DO be polite when requesting any service from a wg.
DO your research to make sure the wg you are interested in seeing have no negative reviews.
DO use google maps to find the location of the wg. Google maps is great 

DON'T be rude.
DON'T mention this site when seeing a wg.
DON'T haggle over the wg price.

Keep your communications with SPs clear and concise, so you appear more credible as a SS and thus worth the effort in corresponding with.

In your messages state the following

- Date and time or time window you want to book
- How long you want to book for
- What services you want
- If it's an incall or outcall
- and the fee you expect to pay as per the SP's advert or AW profile, so the SP knows that you've read their profile and know what fee is to be paid

Then turn up on time, clean and well groomed (shave or trim your pubic hair so the SP doesn't end up with a face full of pubes) and with the correct money.  Be discreet on arriving and leaving the SP's premises and cause no drama. If the SP asks you to take a shower then take a quick shower as being clean usually ensures a good delivery of the services you have requested. Respect the SP's rules and boundaries.  Relax and enjoy yourself.

Have a good read of reviews, and posts from members experiences, and see the bad and the good in punting

Important that you realise it’s a business transaction.
Remember the five F’s
1- Find
2- Fee
3- Fuck
4- Flee
5-Forget

Lots of sound advice here, one I haven't seen (and is probably obvious) is use an alias and if you want to be really safe, make up a fake backstory in case she asks about your personal life.

As has been said homework is the key.
I lurked on the other site (pre AW) for a couple of years before I found the nerve to take the plunge. Those two years meant I didn't come across as the complete novice that I was, mainly as I think I went in with a reasonable idea of good punting etiquette.
No need to take two years over it! But a bit of research will pay off.
