External Link/Members OnlyHappened last week. In the morning, confirmed booking for 1 hour with Ella which was quick and efficient. As I was travelling from South, I didn't encounter any traffic so messaged if we could move the booking forward which Ella agreed.
Arrived at the venue 15 mins before and messaged that I have arrived. No reply for about 17 mins asking if I was on the 1st floor? I replied back straight away saying I was by reception and let me know what floor/room number. No reply for about 10 mins so I started to debating whether to walk. Ella finally replied saying give her a few minutes and she will tell me the floor/room number. Again, radio silence so I decided to walk.
Complete waste of time! I can only imagine that she must have doubled booked and the other guy must have got there before me.
