If you search bellarosebeautynottingham on tiktok you get videos, I assume of the person doing the massages. She's not for me but if you wanted to see before you book in worth a look. No idea if she offers extras

.....and those tiktok videos make it pretty clear that the massage will be sensual too. Plus the form she asks you to complete asks if you are in agreement with being massaged intimately.

Sensual full body massage is £120 for 1.5 hrs, £150 for 2hrs. Mentions HR in flowery language, I'm guessing it's included but not 100%. Her topless during the massage, gentle touching of boobs only allowed.
