Just a heads up.
I have recently returned from Delhi. Was in a hotel near to The Bristol Hotel (Gurugram District) for a couple of nights and can confirm that 15 to 20 street walkers congregated right out side the hotel on the busy roadside every night. Most were black African, but some local Indians also.
As I wasn't alone, I couldn't find out anything else, but I would say that getting one in & out of that hotel would be very difficult, if not impossible. Went to a function there and lots of concierge staff milling around. Seemed a dodgy area anyway, so maybe stay clear.
Also, I can confirm that most decent hotels in India have 'in-house' SPA massage services. I had massages in three different hotels, and can confirm that all were strictly legit. Absolutely no hint of any extras, and no hands anywhere near the groin or even upper thigh areas! I even asked the last masseuse if any 'extra' services were available. She just handed me a copy of the SPA brochure and pointed to another type of massage. Bit disappointing that.
