It's a good question OP. About ten years ago I found a mid 30s English girl in Armley, Leeds, who advertised massage with HE on Gumtree at the time.  I went, we clicked, and I saw her for the next 8 years or so, including after she'd stopped advertising and reduced her clients to regulars.  Sadly there doesn't seem to be a replacement that's obvious to me, several false starts, eg, Roms, Asians etc haven't filled the gap.
