Most likely only a scam in the same sense 99% of Vivastreet profiles are - the girl will bear no relation to the pic or the description. She certainly won't be a dwarf. She'll most likely be early 40s, average height, offering a shit service, and trying to get you out of the door as soon as humanly possible.
