Very lovely review, this mirrors my experience with her. Seen her many times in old st and in her Kensington residence (over 6 months ago so I can’t review). The only slight not so good bit is the price you paid but if it’s a one off then it’s worth it as you said. Only been to her twice since she hiked it from 250 - 300 to 500.
