This was a Plan C, and was waving every red flag in the punting playbook:
Having burned through two agency options (see
https://www.ukpunting.com/index.php?topic=443697.0) I was still feeling the urge, and so looked online again and came across this page:

I tried calling and got an SMS reply with her rates and approximate address (this was the same for other numbers on that page). Subsequent SMS's confirmed the service (two pops in the hour, access to play with her big boobs etc.) so I called an uber and set off in the rain/dark for a local address (TW4 5BJ).
On arriving at the street I was given the house number, but it turned out to be a long street, with a bend, that had similar numbers at each end and did not follow the usual numbering conventions of odds being opposite evens. A protracted SMS conversation with Sergei followed as it was clear that I was a bit lost and he was a bit frustrated that I couldn't find the house in the dark. Sergei was Chinese and spoke broken English. I ended up entering a family home - an unnumbered house - where the front door was unlocked and found they were all having dinner
... I was politely shown back out onto the street
. Another call to Sergei and he said he'd send someone out to show me up. It turned out that the house was the other end of the street.
On entering, Sergei's mate quickly vanished to a downstairs room and a beautiful Asian girl appeared to take my hand and pull me up the stairs.
Although this is clearly a typical Chinese B&S operation, the girl herself was gorgeous (although, of course, not the girl in the website picture): pretty face, slim body and fulsome breasts! I handed over the cash (100 for 1 hour) and confirmed the duration of the booking before we both stripped and what followed was a dream session: she made herself available in every position I wanted (some google-translate deployed), and gave me unrestricted access to all of her body, even seeming to cum as I fingered her. She gave me both OWO and OW before a final round in doggie. She appeared to be in no hurry for me to leave and overall it was a most satisfying punt.
Over a pint, back at my hotel bar that evening, I SMS'd Sergei to ask if I could see her again and he said that it would be a different girl the next week, changing every Sunday.
This was, and of course was obviously a typical B&S setup, but for that price I think I lucked out with the girl who was gorgeous, eager to please and appeared to enjoy herself. I never saw or heard Sergei again. With hindsight I'm sure it was a trafficking situation, and the same is probably true for the other numbers on that page?
