Unfortunately, its more or less on my doorstep so would be very concerned about being spotted, otherwise I'd TOFFT... hopefully someone can check it out and report back. Looking at website etc, I would hazard a guess that it's legit. I might pluck up the courage to visit, it would be just my luck to get rumbled tho.

Looks like this place. Already got 10 Google reviews in 2 weeks so is clearly pushing to get feedback as this can’t be organic. One of the reviews indicates Rose has worked elsewhere so someone may know more.

As FB as said, there is a limited time for the post to be edited, but in this case regarding the Link, Upsy as already added the correct link so folks in the future will pick up on it
As you are aware you can add further comments on your same thread which is a back door way of amending original posts/statements
