External Link/Members OnlyWell reviewed on here as being a reliable SP. I was passing the area and sent message regarding availability for last minute B&G, quick reply confirming yes and instruction to confirm hour before. No issues all very prompt.
Was sent street name nearer the time and instruction to call once parked. Went downhill here as instructions were not clear and some time wasted walking around being told to look for a mythical fence 🙈 eventually located and shared access to property hindered by eastern European chap putting his bin out and SP getting quite aggressive with my inability to follow directions to the point she hung up. Eventually got in and told to take shoes off etc. not the most welcoming.
Despite tense start, services agreed (B&G with CIM) which were delivered exceptionally.
Would be a positive but neutral for poor directions and attitude related to that. I'd suggest asking for more obvious location detail if visiting.
