Got there, was sent a message offered an alternative, Asian SP who does not do B2B.

Had already gone all the way there, so was thinking about just going through with it, and may cutting to 30 mins if didn't look good.
By the time I replied, was told that the alternative was now not available.

I feel for you as I went through my own time-wasted experience with sp . But I think your negative is valid where as the other guy who left a negative was not valid, as he did not clearly know to justify his negative, as it could just be his own paranoia, so in that case, even its double standards provider is valid to call him a time waster

Yes, I get what you mean. Hypocrites, but I guess bad punters just encourage them to act this way too, maybe and treat everyone likee they are not going to turn up and just go with whoever turns up. Shit practice, which will only ruin rep, and fewer people want to come if no guarantee. Vicious cycle.
