They didn't come to pick up your stuff, it was already down stairs in a taxi they took you and your purse and mobile phone and dragged you kicking and screaming.
So you am him quite happily now get to keep my money. What a fucking joke and no of course I have money saved for my holiday. This was a nice extra. So I worked for nothing?

TK, it might be good for your to pause and get your story straight and then give it to us in one go if you wish to.  It's you that is making the accusations after all, and asking for sweet sympathy won't go so far when such serious matters are at stake. As James has pointed out, so far it is far too easy to pull to bits what you are saying. Take a pause. Have a look at why, as an experienced and capable prossie, you didn't follow proper security procedure. Why you had no back up. What was the £500 for, specifically. Why would you need it to go on holiday if you had already planned your holiday before you had this booking. Why were you taken away in handcuffs. I'm not pre-judging anything, and presumably no charges are being made so there's not a lot of proof of anything. But in terms of your (and anyone else's) dignity and self-respect there's still a lot at stake.

I think what Marmalade is saying is spot on, sit down, if you want to put your story across, write in microsoft word first.  Read it back, read it again, make sure what you are saying is factual (from your view point) and when you are ready to post, copy and paste it into here.  We do this at work all the time in awkward situations where we may say something rash in the heat of the moment in an email, give yourself some time to digest what you are writing before throwing it to the public domain.  I think things may get worse before they get better, so be careful how you react & don't make rash posts that will get picked apart in the heat of the moment.
Or retain a dignified silence!

Maybe exchange some PM's with Enzio and emily to arrange how to get the remainder of your cash sans Taxi fee's from behind the kettle.  Then have a fab holiday and take stock on the situation and how it can be avoided in the future.

At nearly 3am, I had to apologise to the next door neighbour who she called a Cunt.

She is totally exaggerating that. Things happen and I can honestly say I've really learned from this. They could send me money but they won't. It makes me sick.

You are joking!? I'll up load the video then shall I?

Anyways because I removed your money from your purse to pay the taxi driver I had left the rest of it behind the kettle totally by mistake and I am very sorry for this.

Kylie had £500, you've recounted how you spent £110 of it on the taxi, that leaves £390 behind the kettle - just give it to her.

Clearly it would be better if the householder could put the story straight, but presumably the money behind the kettle will be returned in due course somehow, perhaps with deductions for any breakages or whatever? If it's a matter of pre-holiday urgency, given that TK was maybe in no fit state at the time, the onus might well be on her to make arrangements with Enzio at her own cost and at Enzio's convenience. I am only hypothesising at the moment obviously - but there are clear advantages for Kylie not making enemies or more trouble.

I don't know, I don't have it. When you speak to Enzio he will sort it out

That would be very low of you. And totally without my permission. Don't you think I've been through enough?

Exactly, sort the girl out with what she is due.

Lets not turn this into a public slagging match... he said this, she said that

Some fun got out of hand, lessons will be learnt and hopefully everyone will come out of this a little wiser

I am not a fan of TK but I do not understand why you needed to take all the money from her purse. Taking the taxi fare out I understand but all £500, I dont get that.  I have many a time taken the taxi fare from a drunken friends purse and paid the driver to take her home but I have never taken all of her money out.
Perhaps a slip on your part but there was no need to do this.
Would it not have been easier to just put her out of the flat (with her money) shut the door and waited for the police???

Hmmm. Reading quickly it looks as if TK got a bit too tiddly, couldn't remember where she'd put her fee and then accused Enzio of stealing it back. She wouldn't leave when asked, still adamant he'd taken the fee back and called the police citing theft. Emily put TKs stuff in the taxi and gave the driver some money for waiting. TK still wouldn't leave so the police had to remove her. The fee was behind the kettle all along.

Is that roughly what happened?

You've been through enough. After what you put that man through last night I don't think you will ever understand your job.
Totally disrespectful, shouting screaming and scratching my face!? You really can't remember can you...

Most of it yes but Emily says she took the mpney from TK's purse and put it behind the kettle

Couldn't be done, with out touching her which could of been seen as a attach. We were protecting ourselves.
It was a slip up on my account taking all the money it was just in a messy rolled up ball and I totally forgot, as I said she will get some money.

I didn't put it behind the kettle I took it out and it just went behind the kettle I don't really know how to explain it. I took money out her purse and as I put the ball down I just didn't see it again until the next day.

Strawberry that is a rough idea

Guys I have to go for a nap, I will be back later but I didn't sleep til 4am and then had to be up for check out of the hotel and have only just got home. Nap time I shall be back in a few hours.

Enzio - I am really sorry if I have spoken out of turn about your evening and understand discretion is of upmost importance and discussing our meeting is something I shouldn't be doing but I felt I had to say something.

Kylie,

You're posting as though you don't believe you'll get your money back, but I haven't seen anything posted by anyone to suggest that's true.

On your own admission you were pissed, so maybe you should wait and see how it pans out before making accusations of theft.
