Messaged the evening before via WhatsApp. Quick replies. Ana offers a range of massages when you ask, however HR is a 'upon request' option. You need to ask about it, which others have mentioned on here too. I chose to ask over WhatsApp, before the session. No problem. Ana reconfirmed I wanted HR part way through the massage.
I'm no expert but the deep tissue seemed decent, and others have said it was too. Ana certainly put the pressure on, checking I was okay and asking if she could apply more pressure when she felt it was needed. Back then front. Maybe 30 minutes on the back, neck and legs, then turned over and perhaps 10-15 on arms and the front before Ana started to play with my cock. Softly with some light teasing first, more firm as she got going. Great technique, not mechanical, rushed or methodical. She let me know that I was allowed to touch her legs and waist which was a nice and unexpected addition.
