COST:
1hr, £200.  I'd agree with what others have said that 30 min rate is far too high.  I generally prefer an hour, think I'd be worried about the time in a 30 min booking.

COMMS:
Via text, all friendly and clear.  Some delays to messaging meant I was lining up a plan B and C but glad I stuck with Lilly.

VENUE:
No problems finding the flat, quite a few stairs but close to the entrance so fairly easy to get in and out.  There was a lift but I came in at same time as a large box being manovered into it, avoided the need for intercom etc which I was grateful for.
