Using Locanto

There have been a few posts and references about using locanto so I thought I would do an update on my use of it.
So I have been using  Lecanto for about 2yrs now with mixed results. I have kinda used it for reverse booking in a sense. Placed an add and let it run and kept refreshing it when it was about to expire.

So good and bad points.
Its free to advertise and depending how you set up your add its anonymous.
It sits there advertises what I am interested in and just importantly what I am not interested in. The wording has evolved over time as I took account of the enquires I received form time wasters or weirdos. So its important to get your wording right.
I have lost count of the enquires but I would say its at 30+  Yes I’ve had enquires from time wasters but I have learnt now how to spot these and weed them out quite early.
But I have also had quite a few good results including a couple of regulars . I have meet a few single women as well as a few frustrated wife’s.  Even had a few enquires from couples to meet up but its not my scene, but there seems to be opportunities there if thats your thing.
I haven’t had to pay for service unless you count the cost of a coffee and the odd dinner, but otherwise its been free .
I can’t post reviews as there no profiles to link etc and overall it’s a bit of a lucky dip in a sense but I have managed to have some fun and now have two regulars.

Funny you should say that. I tried the, as you call it the reverse booking angle, although at the time (2 years ago give or take) that wasn't what i was calling it.

Yes, alot of time wasters and virtually Zero proper inquiries, perhaps i didn't give it long enough, who knows.

But what I did do about a month ago was to try again, but it kept coming up that there was an issue with the website, try later. Same happened about 7-10 ago when i tried again. So not sure whats going on there.

Your post has given me hope to try again, thanks for that.  The locanto escort ads are, for the most a fools errand, most want money up front.

If i may ask, what sub category are you advertising under? Just the regular Men seeking Women?

Maybe give us a clue into wording? Like what exactly are you asking for ? Maybe I’ll follow suit lol

In simple terms I have said I would like to meet discrete women of a certain age in the evening. I have included a little bit about myself. Its as simple as that.

Take your pick  in the personals, depends what you are looking for. Just be prepared to atek yuor time, weed out the time wasters and teh suspicious ones ie do a bit of screening.
