This was a bit of a plan D.

Did plan B and C have phone number up and logged in recently (if using A/W)? 

I found that some profile managers, don't use the green light system. But still answer call or reply to texts for bookings (even if not logged in for a few days).

I know how my Plan B and C operate on A/W so if they are not showing as available then they are taking a day off - but thanks for the suggestion.
