why is this a neg if she cancelled well before the appointment?

Well from a personal standpoint. I certainly know how arduous it is to clean one’s teeth.
Or  I used to know. Thankfully now it’s just a good soak. But I catch the OP drift.

I’m not going to argue about the review grading as it is up to everyone to give what they see fit.
It’s also up to others to read and agree or disagree etc.

Again, personally speaking I would have accepted that at least the SP got in touch to cancel………..some might not have as we all too well aware.

I’ve had cancels and it’s just part of the hobby. If I’d been travelling to Hammersmith and I got the message. I’d probably head for a pub and navigate my next move. 🤷🏼

I wouldn't review unless I returned and actually saw the SP or she ghosted and would mention this as part of Comms.  The SP showed consideration by calling to cancel in good time.  It seems like you feel she was obligated to see you.
if you had a professional meeting and had to cancel would you expect the people you let down to blackball your business after you gave them good notice of cancellation?

Are you telling me how I should score my review?  My review is all within the rules of the site.  Your aggressive not passive criticism is based on your own subjectivity and you project your view of the world onto telling me how I should think and review.

Less than an hour cancellation left me high and dry. 

I had washed, showered, shaved, brushed my teeth and was just getting on to the bus when she sent the cancellation.  I had taken a Viagra an hour before the agreed time as is the recommendation and I had missed my window of opportunity for the day to go for a punt as I need to be done and home before 6:00.

So yes, this is definitely a negative.  If you want to see her and she cancels you can give a different score. 

However my review has turned out to be useful and backed up by another late cancellation leaving another site member high and dry.
