If you want to remain a member I would recommend you reread the rules you agreed to when you signed up, particularly the one about negative attitudes toward punters, including this site. There's a link to the rules at the bottom of every page.

You posting a review of your experience is not an issue, it's the "Happy to confirm the negative reviews on here appear to be unfounded." and subsequent comments that are the issue. You are not in a position to say anything about another member's reviews, you were not there and if you weren't there you don't know what happened.

You should also try reading what I actually said in my post. I said - "You are coming across as a fanboy who's help has been enlisted by the SP concerned after she was unable to provide any evidence of fake reviews."

The part in red is the important part and I make that statement as a result comments made on this thread by some members and post reports made by others.

Moderators have a responsibility to look at all reports, reports of fake reviews have been made which have been looked into, including private messages between myself and the SP but there is no evidence that they are fake, just as there's no evidence they aren't. Hence my suggestion members consider all the  available information, believe which parts they think believable and act accordingly.

Reports have been made of white knighting and, discounting your review,  looking at your posts they could be seen as white knighting, a situation I have pointed out.
