External Link/Members OnlyOr not so "Classy" Lisa. This review is a Negative due to being bumped even though I had a confirmed booking.
Comms: patchy over text and won't answer calls. Eventually we agree a time and I'm given the address. Lisa really has this DGAF attitude and seems like she would really suck at any job in the real world.
Location: A really dodgy part of Hounslow with lots of shitty flats and random people walking around. Hard to get parking with drivers jostling around trying to squeeze into any place. Didn't help that I was sat in the car for ages where everyone kept looking at me wondering if I was going to leave and give up my parking spot!
Event: Didn't happen. Lisa confirmed my booking and I updated her that I was on my way. It took me nearly an hour to get there and then to fight for a parking spot, and then it was radio silence from Lisa. I waited for 20 minutes or so and eventually she came back with a one liner saying something [insert made-up excuse here] happened. I heard nothing else.
Conclusion: It's not the first time Lisa has let me down like this but I felt the need to report it this time to let the community know about her poor attitude and not to bother trying to book her. Obviously many of us get bumped now and again but it doesn't mean it is acceptable behaviour especially when we spend time and money going somewhere. Anyway I don't think I missed much because I can only imagine the encounter would have been poor given how she treats punters.
