Called to confirm and told that all services are provide as per the advert.
Parking is best in the morrisons then a 3 min walk to the old office block which is converted to flats.
Buzzed in and got inside, this is a studio flat, there is barely any room inside.
The lady isn't the one on the advert, this was quite obvious but seemed friendly enough so booked 30mins.
Showered up and back in the room where a fold out sofa is used as a bed.
