There is an inherent risk with seeing SPs, just by virtue of the the fact that they have sex with probably more randoms than 99% of civvies. HSV2 for instance can spread with or without a condom. When a HSV2 patient is shedding, there aren't necessarily any symptoms. Yet they are still HIGHLY contagious. And this is condomless sex without  even considering anything else like oral on the SP which a lot of punters here do enjoy.

So, anyone with a partner they are having BB with at the same time as having condomless sex with an SP, will be in all likelihood, at a higher risk (and in many cases, MUCH higher) than if that was the only partner you were having sex with, with or without a condom, statistically speaking. As noble as this is, it doesn't remove your risk to avoid anyone he's seen.
You'd have to avoid all SP's to remove the risk, as whether or not an SP advertises bareback, I think we all need to risk accept that any SP we visit might be barebacking all the time outside of escorting or with regs, no matter how strongly they stress they don't offer BB on their profile. We still don't know.

Similarly, escorts need to risk-accept the same from clients.

The only thing we can control and be certain of is how we are - ie use protection always when with an SP. And depending on your risk appetite, maybe avoid OWO and RO if you are very risk averse.
Bottom line, seeing escorts is risky, whether BB is advertised or not!
