Elanga yes along with James Trafford and Joao Pedro but I doubt very much that Rashford would be prepared to more than half his wages to sign for us. Paying him his £300,000 per week would make him by far the highest paid player at the club but far from the best. We would maybe take him on load if Man U pay 2/3 of his wages.

That's the trouble when you've got players you don't want on huge contracts, you can't get rid of them because nobody else thinks they're worth it.

Obviously had problems with this app on the telly and for some reason after logging on to my phone. It just seemed to hang on a page and wouldn’t shift.

So tried again later. Delete apps, reload. Hey presto.

I've been to SJP and Elland Road many many times and I can tell you that Leeds supporters are the absolute pits. So I don't think it's unfair at all from my experience. As I said for me the decision is understandable.

Alternatively you can wait a few weeks and have another ex Manchester Utd manager in Amorim.

We - like most fans, I call us 'we' when we're good, and 'they' when they're bad - suddenly found ourselves with the three best players in the league - Vardy, Mahrez and Kante, and won it by 10 points. Fantasy football!

I remember it not only being a surprise that they won it but also the points margin that they won it by especially as a couple of times Spurs started to close in only for Leicester to start winning again and Spurs to stumble.

Vardy was outstanding as were the other 2 and a lot of people were stunned that he'd been playing non league footy with Fleetwood before signing for Leicester; England then beckoned and he showed his talent on the world stage too 
I was always impressed how he stuck with Leicester even when they were relegated, perhaps he was past his best by then so top offers wouldn't be coming in spades but i'm sure he could have gone elsewhere to play in the Prem again that season

He strikes me as a decent and grounded bloke with an unfortunate choice in wives 

Blackpool actually tried signing him from Fleetwood about 5 months before Leicester did, perhaps we should have offered more than £750K as they were holding out for £1M which I believe is what Leicester paid
Perhaps Blackpool could have won the Prem with him in the team

Tho they were undone by three teams who were miles behind everyone else
Southampton even trying to beat Derby's record

The UEFA under 21 final in Bratislava between England and Germany is being shown live on Channel 4 tonight. Kick off is at 8pm. Each to their own, but I don't tend to bother to watch the pre match guff.

Likewise, Thomas Tuchel has even decided to attend the game. Lee Carsley does a great job for the under 21's . This is our second consecutive final. England lost 2-1 to Germany in their final group game and didn't play particularly well but I think tonight it will be a different story. I'm backing England to edge a very tight game.

Germany U21's unbeaten in two years , a run stretching over 20 games. England missed numerous chances in the first half and could / should have put the game to bed . But alls we'll that ends well. Just wondering how many of these will go on to play for the first team in the near future.  If I was Harvey Elliott I would seriously consider my future away from Liverpool if not getting regular 1st team football especially with a World Cup on the horizon.

Lee Carsley should be put in charge of the senior team straight away. He knows how to produce a winning team that play exciting attacking football. He's now won two consecutive Euro's perhaps he should be given a knighthood instead of Southgate who won fuck all

After the England game I started watching the Benfica  v Chelsea game in the Mickey Mouse world club cup. 4 minutes of the game left and the players were taken off the pitch due to thunderstorms in the area. 2 hours later the game resumed and then went into extra time.Needless to say I didn't watch the rest of the game.

They reportedly were. I'm not quite sure how they're doing what they're doing. Many of their signings don't make sense to me. It's almost like a scattergun approach. They've also agreed a deal for Gittens and already have Estêvão arriving next month.
