It looks like (as far as I understand) that they have filed to close ?  Look under the section "Application to strike the company off the register"

Could simply mean the business has been sold to a new company on a stock/assets/goodwill basis and the old company will be closed with the new one replacing it.
Quite regular procedure with massage parlours - protects the new owners from hidden liabilities

I think this is correct. The Company, in it's present form, was only incorporated in November 2023, and I'm pretty sure it was operating well before then, presumably under different formal ownership.
