Traveling to London. Curious as to what the Uk laws are for  incall/outcall service. I plan on scheduling some Incalls with girls on adultwork, but would like to know the laws in Uk and likelihood of police raids/busts.

At present prostitution off-street isnt illegal here unless the WG was proved to be underage or been coerced/forced.

However a WG must work entirely alone in a premises with no other WG ever working out of the same premises at any time or the premises is a brothel and could be raided at any time. As shown on here over the years and from my own over 30 years of punting in brothels a raid is rare but obviously could happen.

Having a WG visit you in your hotel room or own home of course takes the  brothel point out of the equation. A hotel could in theory chuck you out or call the police but again this is rare according to posts on here.

You sound like an American, I know law enforcement give punters a rough ride there. 

Prostitution is not illegal in the UK, no police stings, don't even think of picking up street girls and you should be OK.

If you use an agency don't believe a word they say and expect bait and switch.

Draw up a shortlist from AW, based on anything that's important to you (ie age, body shape, services, ethnicity, price, location, etc) and then check the girls on here for reviews and comments.
This is your best resource for checking up on girls you feel like seeing. Research is crucial

A Parlour is a brothel and thus illegal so the police allow it to operate but could raid it at any time they choose to. The reason to allow it to operate could be to let the pimp make money and then raid under POCA where it is or was the case the raiding force get a cut of any assets seized.

So yes the police turn a blind eye when it suits them. In Manchester that prick Richard Carveth has been known to take pictures of punters coming out of Sandys Superstars and post them online. He also has or had a blog where he published a letter he sent to the GMP and their reply, so he specifically complained in writing about Sandys but this was a couple if not more years ago but Sandys is still operating.

The GMP did though close down a number of brothels in the last couple of years and as usual say this is important yet they allow others to continue. Of course there could be backhanders being given in some cases, who knows. In London HOD is a well known brothel and the pimp is ex-old bill, could be the reason he is still operating including other brothels in Milton Keynes, though a couple did get raided a couple of years ago under POCA BUT they werent closed down with closure orders and one was open again the next day. There is no reason not to serve a closure order on an established proven brothel, they get closed down for an initial 3 months, yet these orders werent served in MK, all very strange in my view.

It's not just Manchester, there was a brothel above a shop near to me in Green Lanes, Goodmayes, that operated for years, the police could have raided it at any time but they chose not to, I suppose they have better things to do ---------- unless they start getting complaints from neighbours.

I've got mates in the Met CID and they say that, unless there is a good reason to raid/close down whatever, they will normally turn a blind eye.

Good reasons would be trafficked girls, drugs, complaints from neighbours, directions from top management etc.

Apart from trafficking, Old Bill regards running a brothel as a pretty victimless crime. Your average copper isn't really bothered by prostitution and may well partake from time to time himself.

It's police who are arguing against the Swedish Model as unworkable and unenforceable - they really don't want it.

That's because its regarded as a sexual act, and as there are many girls working there, in effect a lap dance club that allows contact is a brothel, strictly speaking. As clubs have to be licensed, and are also a gold mine, the owners don't want to lose their licenses.

There is an underground scene (literally in many cases) of unlicensed lap dance clubs where rules are slightly more liberal.
