I've copied all her text.

She was very good as communication during booking, so I was very surprised about this out come. I know life gets in the way sometimes, she hasn't even responded!

Perhaps the Option 3 - make appointment and not turn up to perform the massage and waste your time!

I haven't been doing much punting lately as I haven't seen anything I was interested in. So I was very disappointed
