When you say the reception area was busy / chaotic, do you mean with customers, staff or both?

A bit of both. There were a few people there but it wasn't bad though. It was just a bit noisy and I think had a negative effect of the services offered. The reception area is quite small and I think there were 3 staff members and 1 customer who was debating (complaining about?) something or other.

I was a bit underwhelmed but it wasn't like it was all that bad. I think a neutral is fair and the massage itself was good.

Maybe if I had gone at a quieter time of day. If you go I would be interested to hear how it goes for you.
