This didn't happen but the booking was made.
I just walked before getting to the door.

Messaged the night before and given a list of options prices etc. Told her I'd message the next day with times .
So the following day I messaged to say are you free at * o'clock. This was followed with a "yes" and then endless questions about what I wanted and how long etc etc. Asked for address and was told to say when I was outside a particular town centre business.
As I walked past the business address I spotted an Asian guy lurking behind a wall and watching me. A few years ago I wouldn't have worried about a bit of conflict but I'm too old now so walked on past.
Something just didn't seem right.
My view and maybe a warning to others.

Yes I realised it wouldn't be the girl on the photo and was prepared to walk if she wasn't OK. Hence the chance of conflict. If you don't try you never know.

I doubt there was a physical risk to you - checking shows that there have been adverts using the same phone number in Shrewsbury since January last year. If there was any risk/threat we'd have heard by now

The Asian guy was more likely to be the usual chinese money-collector / door guard / supervisor to stop the girl running away

I go to all VivaStreet punts with this mindset also. As long as you are confident enough to walk if you have to, which it seems we both are.  Saying that, i haven't had a VivaStreet punt for getting on for a year. The result of a run of persistent shite punts with Roms in the local area.
