I disagree, yes people can be unorganised but its the managment that make a mess of it, what so hard to put it out to your staff get your availability to me for the week by sunday or you dont work, and then it goes back to hiring the right people quality over quantity .

In my experience at least with Portfolio it was the agency who was the issue

Not sticking up for anyone in particular, I’m guessing nobody commenting here like me , have any experience of running an escort agency . I’m guessing that some of the girls are easy to deal with and some could be highly unreliable which could make things difficult for the bosses , swings and roundabouts probably

Unfortunately it's looking like Wales prices are between £180 - £200 an hour, it puts a higher expectation on the punt I'd say.

I had a reply on WhatsApp last week.  It did take 3 hours though!
