Sorry to hear you had a lacklustre experience with Kandice. Hopefully she was just on an off day rather than on the decline, as like you I’d experienced a very different level of service from her in the past. But even an off day is not really acceptable with the amount you paid.

oh we punters do want our cake and eat it - YOU were late. You had booked an hour from 2.00 to 3,00 (or whatever times you booked). its not her fault the traffic was bad.
