Comms: Very good, organised a 45 min booking the day before (£130) through text. Confirmed the morning of (a day later).
Meet: Location is on a relatively quiet street near Royal Oak. The basement flat is very nice, with it's own shower/bathroom, large bed and sofa. Visually Mayree is facially cute, but the pics are a bit flattering, as she had a bit of a tummy. But I was still happy with what I saw.
