Can any kind member suggest a hotel in Central Brum offering dayroom for a frolic, please?

I had already looked at that, thanks. The question is which ones are ok for bringing in ladies of ill-repute.

I imagine all of them if you arrive with the lady or put her in a suitable suitcase.

Try the A C Marriott at the Mailbox, I’ve booked a day use room there several times with a SB. To be honest hotel reception staff really have seen it all and won’t bat an eyelid.

If you’re still concerned, there’s a coffee shop on the left as you walk in the entrance, she could wait there whilst you check in and join you at the lifts which are next to the coffee shop.

Hotel reception areas always have people passing through so unless she’s dressed inappropriately she should blend in.

Thank you, Sir. Very helpful and practical.

Why don't you just book a 'normal' hotel. I don't think there is much difference in the price, if any.  :unknown:

Agree with Alabama - sometimes in a big city there isnt a huge difference, depending on timing.

Great practical advice from JJF.

Above all Sir, hats off to you - still an active member  :hi: - I shall look forward to your review of aformentioned forthcoming frolics - ENJOY !

Not the nicest way of putting it.

I lived for some time with a lady of ill repute and my best female friend is another. The phrase would just make both smile.

You're right; thinking back I have gone into this before and there isn't much.

And you don't have to stop overnight. Just hand/deposit the keys back when you are done.

The good thing about day rooms is that they are generally available from 10am, a traditional hotel room doesn’t normally allow you to check in much before 3pm.

It’s all about timings!

 Quick FYI,
Ive used day rooms a lot for photo shoots. All positive, but checking in with the lady present is potentially difficult as the staff are not shy at asking name or address nice and loud. You will need to use the one that matches payment too, so a prossie with good ears knows who you are. I had a gorgeous redhead with me in Leeds and she was nervous, she had a hold of my arm all the way in and caught both my name and addy. She was sweet and nothing came of it, but another girl might not have been so kind.
Better to check in first, welcome her when she arrives.

That's not specific to day rooms though. You would have the same problem if you booked a hotel overnight, if you both turned up at the same time. :unknown:

Issue with booking normal hotels are that you give card details out when booking it. Some are non refundable, others you have to cancel at a certain time to avoid getting charged etc. Some sugababes or escorts aren't always reliable and flake so last thing you want is to be charged for a hotel you may not make use of. Plus check in is generally 3pm. With day rooms you don't give card details out when booking them. You only pay when you check in. You can cancel them without any issue.

Good advice, but knowing how Colston rolls he won't really care about this. He's pretty open.

Colston, Sir, I concur with what's been said here. The use of day rooms doesn't really confer much financial benefit. What it does do though is allow for the early accessing of rooms. Knowing your use of public transport it may be of benefit if you are seeking to return same day.

One other option could be the use of an Air BnB. Often city and town centre lets are just worked on a key safe basis.

I have always wondered though about whether the ladies in question in this scenario are ever tempted to just take the room for the remaining time to pick up any extra business. Normally there would be a risk in the SP being left with a large expense, but Colston is a reliable and honourable chap in this regard.

That's really helpful. I've done it a few times. I don't think the lady will let me down - her romantic inclinations will come into play at the thought of £200. One problem I have now at 88 is forgetting practical details I've dealt with many times in the past. As Sherlock Holmes said "the memory plays strange tricks, Watson". The other is that Bristol where I live is depressingly short of kinky sluts. This one who is not an escort actually approached me.
