I've been once. It was clean and seems to be well managed and it has a more discreet rear entrance.

That sounds a lot better than the front entrance next to that convenience store.

You just follow the well worn path in the grass behind the shops and eventually you'll find the way in and ring the bell and they'll let you in and tell who is working and away you go. The rooms have showers and they were well fitted out and the SPs don't try to rip you off with lots of extras and they put the effort in. I was quite impressed
