Turns out it was, but I wasn't able to confirm until after I saw her. Since the visit I've been able to cross reference her pictures on Ace (that show her tats) to those on Phoenix that have masked said tats. However, also looking at escortrankings I can see the same pictures used in Phoenix, but with the tats visible.

Kitty's as a place is pretty well reviewed (including by me), with the slightly exposed entrance. However, once inside it is fit for purpose.

When I finally got to see Summer, my suspicions were confirmed. She was the same girl I had seen before. No surprises looks wise as she reflected what would be expected based on the three profiles and my previous visit. Briefly, Summer is English, slim with B cups and I'd say about 40. I was happy with what I saw.

A Real Blast from the past for me, Probably around 15 years more or less since I last went there, and that would have only been because Debbie's up the road was busy.  Usually had well vetted workers all offering a high standard of service from these two venues, which sounds like it hasn't changed.
