He’s up for bloody parole.
Is it just me or does anyone else think the justice system in this country is a load of bollocks.
It's a process - the Law says that after serving a certain amount of a sentence (unless the trial judge directs otherwise) a prisoner can
apply for parole, but it's certainly not automatic. If this "confession" stuff is, as seems likely, just an attempt to curry favour with a Parole Board, they'll see straight through it. As he's been convicted of a racially motivated crime, he's got an uphill task to prove he isn't a danger to the public.
