Think that a lot of hotels must be wise to their 'Day-Use' nowadays. No questioning looks at reception anymore (helped in no small part by
automated check-in, etc).
I visited the Holiday Inn Fareham (Segensworth, just off Cartwright Drive) this week gone and was pleasantly surprised by the ease
and privacy of it all, except for having to put your registration index onto an ipad on the reception desk. Plenty of people around but
nobody was asking me what I was up to.
And the household staff in the corridors must be use to hearing all sorts through the bedroom doors all through the day now. Imagine it
is all good gossip on the tea breaks in the staff rooms.
PS. Village Hotel on outskirts of Bournemouth by the hospital.... not been for a while, but assuming it is still open?
