Punt didn't happen. Her communication by text and instructions to me on where to go were awful. I have some empathy in that she seems to have an issue with the accommodation and cleaners / neighbours realising what she is doing, but this still leaves the issue of her text messages which were awful.

When I booked she told me I might need to wait 15 or 20 minutes if there were cleaners on her floor of the building which I was fine with as I could go away and return. I had booked the first appointment of the day so didn't expect any problem. She asked me to come to the street but did not tell me what part of it she was on. I then sent another text and she gave something more specific and mentioned a corner the opposite corner, and a building across the street. This left me with the puzzle that there were two front doors on the corner and I didn't know which window she wanted to look out from to see me.

She mentioned some bins, and I then went to them and stood there for about a minute. No text from her so I crossed the road, still within view of the building. By this time I am feeling conspicuous. I sent her another text, and she replies "OK wait a bit. Someone is on the toilet I wait until he leaves". At this point I thought she must have a client in there before me. I was thinking of walking. I texted her and told her I will come back, and she tells me not to go too far. I then ask her what time I should return and walk around the block. Sent her another text when I returned saying "I am back" while standing near to the bins. No reply so I walk a little further up the road so I am not standing there like a spare prick.

Despite not having sent me the door number she then replies  "Wait here for the right minute to come up. Someone is on the corridor I am waiting for him to leave." By this time I realise she is talking about people on her landing rather than a punter in her flat. She then sends another text saying "Don't go anywhere from the corner and the bins. Stay at the bins." With that I walked.

The issue is that she had told me to stand next to the bins three times, but then wasn't looking out of her window the previous two times. She is expecting me to stand there until she feels like going to the window. I would have been standing next to big wheelie bins and moped parking for a full five minutes if I had done what she asked. On this particular day the wheelie bins were blocking the pavement so anyone passing by would wonder what the hell I was standing there for This is too much and there are numerous houses and a business overlooking the corner she expected me to wait at.

I have stood there and texted numerous other WGs over the years so they could see me before giving me the address without any problem. In this case she asked me to go to the corner three times and didn't send me the address at all. I suspect this is because she was too busy trying to see if there was anyone on the landing and didn't look out the window. Anyway, in addition to her accommodation being small and dirty in other reviews it also seems to be problematic for her to bring punters into the building. Wasted a few hours of the morning and won't return.

Sorry for your bad experience. Her comms are very much "my way or the highway", even for regulars - she has her routine and she hates it being broken, to the point I suspect she may be a bit genuinely OCD.

Thanks. I got the feeling from the texts that she was highly strung but that's OK. Understandable given her situation with the building she lives in.

I’ve had a similar experience, but didn’t make me wait too long. 10/15 mins, then was let in. She’s makes you stay in this holding position, until the coast is clear. I think she lives in shared accommodation. Not the most discreet venue, but given the price, still great value for money

Saw her yonks back. An ok experience but not memorable enough for a return.
I don’t care if the fee is good value for money. I’m not the type who hangs round for any length of time and certainly nowhere near bloody wheelie bins.

Then it is even more bizarre. I would have preferred to wait across the road or on any corner as I would look like I am waiting for someone and wouldn't stand out, but next to the wheelie bins, one of which was blocking the small pavement meant for pedestrians, was the worst place she could have asked me to stand. This would only draw attention to me and the house I am about to enter.

Saw her years ago (2019). She took panties off then (on request). Very dirty flat, she's moved now so might be different. Great at massage, but the lack of hygiene in the flat had me wondering about her own hygiene so I don't think I went back.
