Agree with JonasG.  If you're selective about who you review and don't review everybody you meet, why are you here?  It's about sharing info after all, good and bad reviews.  Yes, WGs might get too busy to see you, but that's a side effect of positively reviewing anything-it'll get popular.  I have thought sending more traffic to those WGs that I have previously reviewed will make it more difficult for myself to see them again, but I've went ahead and did it regardless, because I believe in contributing.  I've reviewed every WG I've saw since I've joined this site and not withheld any reviews because I wanted to keep a WG to myself.
