I had opportunity to visit 3 massage establishments in Bristol in early January so will review all 3 by way of comparison. This is the 1st review – Bua Spa Thai Massage (

Comms: I telephoned early on a Saturday evening and made an appointment for one hour later. The receptionist spoke good English and it was easy to make the appointment.
Location: West end of Hotwells, convenient for me to drive in and plenty of parking available within a 10-minute walk. I arrived after 7pm so parking was free of charge.
Accommodation: I arrived a couple of minutes ahead of my appointment time just as a staff member was letting a couple of young women out of the door. I don’t know what service they has received, but they were very happy. I was met by the Receptionist, booked in and offered use of the toilet facilities. The other staff member then accompanied me to a treatment room just at the top of the short flight of stairs and containing 2 massage benches. The interior is quite smart compared to most massage places – they obviously provide a range of legit services as well as R&T.
Service: I did not get the name of my masseuse, but I would guess she was mid-40’s, quite stockily built and with rather heavy facial features – so not your stereotypical Thai lovely. She was dressed quite professionally in a tunic and loose trousers. It was obvious from the off that I was after a massage with extras and that was what was on offer. I had paid £50 for the hour’s massage and offered £60 for B2B but, as I expected from a previous review, was told the charge for B2B at Bua was £80. The massage was reasonable. I asked for medium pressure and received a comprehensive rub-down, but not manipulation of the joints as I have received from other Thais. Initial massage lasted about 40 minutes then, then she stripped for the B2B. Not a particularly shapely body, shaven down below and natural breasts, which she allowed full access to. Started with me on my back and then turn over after a few minutes. RO was not offered, but she finished the B2B by standing to one side, with one leg up on the table to give me access to finger her pussy whilst she brought me off by hand. She cleaned me up with a hot towel then gave a short massage to my front to finish off proceedings. No shower offered or requested. I dressed and was out having had my full hour.
Summary: Good premises and good-enough massage, B2B and HE. However, no more than Neutral rating as expensive and I did not find the masseuse attractive. Highly unlikely I would go back.
