Behind the Thomas Hardye statue / monument at the top o' town roundabout. Large entrance (used to have tall double gates) to the left of the building with the HKLAW sign. Free parking for 90 mins at Lidls down the hill by Loders Garage. Also the top o' town car park which is a 3 minute walk away. 50p 30 mins £1 60 mins.
