Hi Rob, thank you for the balanced and informative review.  I recognise her from you description but should add that she declines to offer a lot of the service that appear on her preferences, wastes time and offers a poor service. Ah, yes - there's a lot like that out there, aren't there? Probably good in their day, but now worn out and going through the motions. That's one reason why I question the value of reviews over about 6 - 8 months old. Girls can burn out quite quickly sometimes.
