The venue was in Bayswater, one of those housing estate near the Bayswater shopping centre. Few minutes away from the station and a lot of much better looking houses. The estate itself is... fine. It's not exactly unsafe, since I have visited much worse estates before. But if you are not familiar with housing block like this in London, you may feel a bit wary. The flat itself is ok, with a small shower room that has functioning hot water.
