Location - Well known hotel in Croydon centre

Despite some of the negative reviews, I had an itch. Contacted the SP via text, slight delay in reply, but nothing too drastic.  Arranged a time to meet, however when I arrived at the hotel and messaged for the room number, I was told there would be a delay, presumably as last meet hadn't finished. Hung around for the 15/20 mins which I always find awkward with hotel meets as I don't want to wait in the lobby.  Messaged asking for the room number again and no reply, so walked.
