I can understand why ISG message boards are touchy with lazy newbs.
I live in East Asia, which is largely a punting desert for anyone that does lot look like a local. It has taken me a lot of time and effort to carve out and find quality places and providers that will give a good service without charging an arm, a leg and a testicle as "foreigner tax".
The moment you make it known in ISG that you've found a good place/provider, virtually everyone in the area swarms your recommendation and almost always some prick or pricks will do something to cause the providers to not accept foreigners of any kind.
Even when I post I have good info for senior members only, I usually get at least 10-15 senior members PM-ing me desperate for the details.
This has led a lot of the vets to just keep their gems and rare finds to themselves and spread the info by word of mouth only.
