How on earth did she identify your ethnicity from a message 

EDIT: I suppose if your message carries a photo of yourself, as whatsapp does if you choose to use one, then I suppose it was easy for her

Not really. I've always been on time, usually take flowers with me and am always respectful. Just once I left a neutral review here for someone who didn't show up after I checked into the hotel I specifically booked for the meet. But I've had a few punts since with very positive feedback.
