Attempted early Jan. This booking didn’t happen in the end, as she left me hanging for a long time, and only when I said I’m going to leave because she’s late, she suddenly became available.

The initial booking via message was very fast, but it was once I arrived, she just started to send nonsensical messages like a previous reviewer mentioned.

I thought it was just bad luck for the previous reviewer, but it seems my experience was pretty much like his. I kept mentioning as I was nearby, and that I am 5min early. You’d expect a reply with whether or not I can come by or not, and with a full confirmation of the address. But she kept asking how I was, resent her postcode which I already had, then just didn’t answer for more than 10min until I kept prompting if I can come.

It was now more than 10 minutes after the scheduled booking time, that I just said I’m going to leave now, and a few minutes later, she said she’s ready with the full address. I was gone by then.

She clearly didn’t seemed fuss to see me, because I got no message asking if I am actually coming. I contemplated whether I should turn around but, her being unclear and delayed like that didn’t spur much confidence in me for the service ahead. If she was back to back with another client, then it would have been worse because she was not clean up fully.

She's either well aloof or has learning difficulties. Did you try to ring? As I always find this helps me, especially when arriving and the wg no longer responds to messages
